I am a Strategic HR Professional with over five years of experience aligning HR strategy with organizational goals to foster employee engagement, compliance, and workforce development. My career journey has spanned both corporate and community-focused roles, allowing me to bring a unique perspective that blends organizational psychology with practical HR leadership. At Amazon, I strengthened employee relations, improved retention, and enhanced productivity by designing effective workforce strategies, leading onboarding programs, and ensuring compliance through investigations and case management. Earlier, I served in community health and youth engagement roles, where I expanded access to care, built strong partnerships, and developed culturally relevant programs that supported wellness and resilience. Academically, I hold a Doctor of Business Administration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (National University), a Master of Science in Leadership with a concentration in HR Management (Belhaven University), a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (The University of Southern Mississippi), and a Project Management Certificate (UMGC). These foundations equip me with the tools to analyze trends, develop strategies, and guide leaders in creating workplaces where people thrive. I am passionate about helping organizations unlock the potential of their people through thoughtful talent management, strategic communication, and a commitment to fostering environments where engagement and trust can grow.
